A new lease of life
The only constant in life is change – Heraclitus
This quotation from Heraclitus resonates strongly in this month of September 2024, as the start of the new school year is generally a time of renewal and new beginnings.
Nothing is fixed, nothing is eternal… and it’s with this energy of change that I share the news from Rezalliance with you.
This autumn is particularly significant for Rezalliance, which will be blowing out its fourth candle on October 10. Four years of passionate commitment, hard work, innovative initiatives and significant progress in the service of an essential cause: protecting the integrity of every human being and promoting equity within work organizations.
Since 2020, we have overcome many challenges and also learned to overcome our doubts, enabling us to grow and improve. After 4 years of building the foundations, the time has come to put the roof up and complete the edifice. To do this, changes have become necessary, and that’s what I’m going to talk about in this 11th behind-the-scenes article on Rezalliance.
⓵ A new logo
To keep pace with our evolution, our visual identity also needed to undergo its own transformation. I’m delighted to unveil our new logo, designed in the form of a triptych of aerial curves, which perfectly reflects Rezalliance’s mission to act as a bridge between
- individual well-being
- organizational performance
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

But rest assured, while our logo may be evolving, our core vision remains unchanged. We’re as determined as ever to help create working environments where every individual can feel respected for their integrity, treated fairly and valued.
② The team is growing!
The changes don’t stop at our logo. I’m also delighted to introduce Sami Mecabih, the newest member of the Rezalliance team. At just 21, Sami’s enthusiasm is contagious, and he brings a wealth of communications experience to the table. The main architect of our logo redesign, he will also be in charge of managing our social network communications.
You’ll soon discover his imprint in our various digital channels. I’m convinced that his arrival will strengthen our ability to spread our message and establish more engaging connections with our entire ecosystem.

Involved in politics and associations since the age of 16, Sami is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in General Public Law in Toulouse. Convinced of the need to build a fairer, more equitable and more open world, his constant commitment to causes close to his heart, such as the fight against harassment and discrimination in the workplace, make him a valuable asset to our organization. Welcome Sami!
⓷ Rezalliance Certification and Rezalliance Awards
2025 will also mark the launch of Rezalliance Certification, an ambitious project that demonstrates our long-term commitment. Integrated into the Rez-care.com technology platform, this certification will enable companies and organizations to demonstrate their commitment to a world of work that is free from harassment, respects the integrity of every human being and is truly fair, according to Rezalliance standards.

Rezalliance Certification is an authentic recognition of the efforts made by employers who have implemented concrete actions to prevent harassment and promote equity. We look forward to seeing many of you at the next edition of the International Day Against Harassment and for Inclusion at Work to celebrate with us employers who make the well-being of individuals a priority.
⓸ A defining achievement
Looking back on the road travelled, I become cosncious of the major impact of the International Day against Harassment and for Inclusion at Work celebrated every May 24. Initiated by Rezalliance in 2022, this day has become an essential global event, aimed at raising awareness of the scourge of harassment in the workplace and promoting inclusion in the professional sphere.
The 2023 and 2024 editions, held in Geneva and Brussels respectively, brought together representatives from key organizations such as:
- the International Labour Organization,
- the World Health Organization
- the European Commission,
- the Fédération des entreprises romandes,
- the Geneva Chamber of Commerce,
- the Federation of Belgian Enterprises,
- the Brussels Chamber of Commerce.

These events have solidified our position as a leader in the fight for a safer, more inclusive working environment.
In 2025, the celebration of the third anniversary of this day will once again take place in Geneva, where it all began…
In this symbolic city, home to the headquarters of many key international organizations. The 2025 edition is sure to be a highlight, with a rich program including the Rezalliance Awards.
It will be a unique opportunity to meet international experts and leaders in the fields of business, academia and politics. Together, we will strengthen the global impact of this international day and continue to make it a pillar of our shared commitment to a fairer world of work.
⓹ Rencontre Exclusive on October 15, 2024
Speaking of highlights, I’m delighted to announce our next Rencontre Exclusive, on October 15, 2024, when we’ll have the honor of welcoming Madame Nathalie Fontanet, State Councillor responsible for the Department of Finance, Human Resources and External Affairs of the Canton of Geneva and President of the Geneva State Council. She will be accompanied by Pascal Wagner-Egger, researcher in Social Psychology at the University of Fribourg, for an in-depth conversation on a topical subject I tackled in my column for the newspaper Le Temps. ➡️ “From human resource management to human management of individuals at work.”

The event will take place in an intimate setting in Geneva, and will also be an opportunity to celebrate Rezalliance’s 4th anniversary. It’s a special moment that I’m looking forward to sharing with you, our members, customers, partners and allies from all walks of life, because it’s together that we’ve made all this possible.
✨ Words only have meaning if they are followed by action. ✨
I would like to reaffirm my commitment and that of Rezalliance to transform organizational practices to shape a world of work where equity prevails, diversity flourishes, and performance unfolds.
We will continue to work with you, our members, customers and partners, to create work environments where everyone feels respected, included and valued. Thank you for your trust and unwavering support. I look forward to meeting you again on October 15 for another privileged exchange.
With all my gratitude and determination,

Founder and President.
