{"id":236131,"date":"2025-10-09T19:02:38","date_gmt":"2025-10-09T17:02:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rezalliance.com\/en\/?p=236131"},"modified":"2026-02-10T19:35:32","modified_gmt":"2026-02-10T18:35:32","slug":"%f0%9f%8e%82-5-years-10-lessons-1001-faces-one-mission","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rezalliance.com\/en\/2025\/10\/09\/%f0%9f%8e%82-5-years-10-lessons-1001-faces-one-mission\/","title":{"rendered":"5 Years. 10 Lessons. 1001 Faces. 1 Mission."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Five years ago, after a painful yet all-too-common experience in the workplace, I decided to create the solution I wished had existed for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A few of us believed that another model was possible \u2014 a world of work where performance would not come at the expense of humanity, where respect would not be optional, and where inclusion would mean more than just words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rezalliance was founded on <strong>10.10.2020<\/strong>, built on the trust and commitment of professionals determined to unite their expertise \u2014 in law, mental health, and coaching \u2014 to protect the most precious asset in any workplace: <strong>people<\/strong>, in all their diversity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Five Intense Years<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Five years of projects, partnerships, faces, and stories.<br>Five years of challenges and breakthroughs.<br>Of listening, acting, and constant recalibration.<br>Five years of confronting, training, and transforming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As I reflect, I\u2019ve distilled <strong>10 key lessons<\/strong> \u2014 not absolute truths, but guiding insights shaped by lived experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P.s: For deeper insights on each subject, you\u2019ll find links to some of published columns in <em>Le Temps<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Listening is the starting point of all transformation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Listening goes beyond hearing victims or witnesses of workplace harassment \u2014 it means understanding the needs of organizations, teams, and even those resistant to change. Only by grasping their fears and constraints can we build solutions that move everyone forward.<br>\ud83d\uddde\ufe0f <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.letemps.ch\/carrieres-et-formation\/vers-une-gestion-humaine-des-individus-au-travail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Toward a Human Approach to People Management <\/a>\u2013 Le Temps<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83c\udf10 <em>In 2022,<\/em> the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rez-care.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"www.rez-care.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rez-Care<\/a> platform was launched \u2014 offering a reporting tool, a hotline, and comprehensive support for individuals and organizations seeking constructive ways forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Inclusion can\u2019t be decreed \u2014 it must be embodied<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Policies and internal guidelines set the tone, but real transformation happens through <strong>actions<\/strong>.<br>It starts with leaders who lead by example.<br>\ud83d\uddde\ufe0f <em><a href=\"https:\/\/joellepayom.com\/en\/2025\/09\/09\/when-ceos-private-lives-become-public-affairs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">When CEOs private lives become public affairs<\/a><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Setting boundaries protects your energy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Saying no is a form of self-respect.<br>No to projects misaligned with your values.<br>No to requests that drain more than they nourish.<br>I live by a simple rule: <strong>no more than two follow-ups.<\/strong> Silence is an answer too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Change disturbs \u2014 even when everyone claims to want it<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Change doesn\u2019t come from slogans or good intentions, but from commitment.<br>Many preach it. And that\u2019s okay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Like a butterfly, our organization has gone through several metamorphoses, and the next five years will focus on <strong>transmission<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ll share what we\u2019ve built, tested, and proven in the field\u2014our methods, tools, and insights\u2014with those ready to take action within their own organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Among these tools, the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rezalliance.com\/en\/2025\/05\/26\/the-workplace-harassment-baroscope\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/rezalliance.com\/en\/2025\/05\/26\/the-workplace-harassment-baroscope\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Workplace Harassment Baroscope<\/a><\/strong> plays a key role.
